Pathways Children's Therapy Services are committed to providing family centred and strength based practices to children aged 0-16 years and their families.
Pathways Children's Therapy Services employ Occupational Therapists who promote the inclusion and participation of children in family and community life. COVID-Safe Plans
Pathways Children's Therapy Services is following a COVID-Safe plan to ensure safety measures are upheld within our clinic rooms and whilst our staff visit the community. Measures we are taking include:
- QR Code sign-ins
- Temperature testing
- Hand sanitiser on arrival and within each room
- Thorough cleaning of toys, equipment and surfaces
- Requesting that families use Telehealth or cancel sessions if they have cold or flu symptoms
- Therapists' wear disposable surgical masks and face shields to protect themselves and others
- Therapists' are tested and will cancel sessions if unwell
- Windows are opened regularly to ensure open ventilation
- Avoiding use of resources that cannot be cleaned afterwards
- Frequently touched surfaces e.g. door handles are cleaned regularly
For families to minimise the spread, they can:
- Alert their therapist of any illness
- Get tested for COVID-19 and await negative results
- Bring their own toys from home and advise your therapist if you would like your own toys to be used
